The easiest way to zoom in is to hold down on the Shift key and then click and drag your mouse to the extent you’d like to zoom. There are classic tools in the Navigation widget as well.

Once you zoom in once or twice, the parcel data will draw up. All you have to do is click in a parcel and the data will popup in a window.

A Search tool launches by default and allows the user to select parcels using some tools or to search for parcel via the ID.

There are some really nice drawing tools that allow the user to measure all sorts of things.

The big “?” in the upper right corner launches a separate help page for the viewer.

The 2010 imagery is in the Kentucky Base, but you also have the options of viewing ESRI streets, and the 2006 and 2008 imagery.
